Membership is arranged with the office. Nothing is charged automatically, and no card details are ever taken on this site.
Speak to the office first
The office confirms which plan suits your family and the exact amount before anything is transferred. Nobody should pay first and ask afterwards.

After you have paid
Send the office the reference number and your MJM number. Your membership is activated by hand, usually the same day, and the receipt is issued from the office.
These are the only accounts this site collects payment into. Nobody from Mahavir Jain Matrimony will ask you to pay into a personal account, and no member of staff will ask for an OTP or a card number.
