What we hold,and who can see it.

What you type into your profile: name, date of birth, height, marital status, sect and community, city, education, occupation, family details, dietary and religious practice, and anything you write about yourself. Photographs and documents you upload. Your email address and phone number.

What using the site produces: which profiles you opened, the interests you sent and received, your shortlist, your messages, and your payments.

Nobody who is not signed in. No profile, photograph, name or count is shown to a signed-out visitor, and search engines cannot reach any of it.

Among signed-in members, what is visible is decided by your own settings — separately for your profile, your photographs and your contact details. A paid membership never overrides those. It widens what a member may reach; it does not open anything you have closed.

Staff in the Ahmedabad office can see profiles in order to review them before they go live and to act on reports. Every such action is logged.

Our payment provider, to take a payment. Our hosting and database providers, to run the site. Communication providers, to send you email. Each receives only what it needs for that purpose.

We do not sell member data, and we do not share it with advertisers or with other matrimony services.

While your account is open, and for as long afterwards as the law requires us to keep payment records. Delete your account and your profile, photographs, messages, interests and shortlist are removed. Payment records are retained for the statutory period.

A copy of what we hold about you. A correction. Deletion of your account. Withdrawal of consent for anything you agreed to. Write to the address below and we will respond.

Photographs are never served from a public address. Each is delivered through a link that is checked against your visibility setting at the moment it is requested and expires shortly after. A photograph you have restricted cannot be reached by sharing a URL.

Write to the office, or use report misuse for anything about another member’s conduct. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
