Within seven days of paying, a membership can be cancelled in full — provided you have not yet unlocked anybody’s contact details. Unlocking even one is the point at which the membership has delivered what it was bought for.

Write to the office and the refund is processed to the original payment method.

Memberships run for a fixed term and are not refundable part-way through, because what they buy — reach, and contact — has already been given.

If you were charged twice for the same membership. If a payment succeeded but the membership never activated. If we close your account for a reason that is not your conduct.

An account closed for a false profile, harassment or soliciting is not refunded.

We approve or decline within three working days. An approved refund reaches your bank or card in a further five to ten working days, which is the payment provider’s timeline rather than ours.
