The rules,in plain words.

Anyone of legal marriageable age in India — 21 for men, 18 for women — who is genuinely seeking marriage. A profile may be created by the person themselves or by a parent, sibling or relative acting with their knowledge.

One person, one profile. Married people may not create profiles, except where legally divorced or widowed and the profile says so.

That what you enter is true — your age, marital status, sect, education and occupation. That photographs are of the person the profile is for. That you will not use anyone else’s photographs or details.

That you will not use this site to sell anything, to collect members’ details, or to approach anyone for any purpose other than marriage.

We read every profile before it goes live, and we remove ones that are false. We keep your photographs and contact details closed according to your own settings. We act on reports.

What we do not do is verify anybody’s claims for you. We check that a profile is plausible and consistent. We do not confirm income, property, health, or family history. Those remain your family’s enquiry to make, exactly as they would be through any introduction.

Browsing and matching are free. A membership unlocks contact details and messaging for a fixed period. Prices are shown on the membership page before you pay. See refunds for cancellation.

A membership buys reach. It does not entitle you to any member’s response, contact details they have restricted, or any particular number of introductions.

For a false profile, someone else’s photographs, harassment, soliciting money, or approaching members for anything other than marriage. Closure for these reasons is immediate and is not refunded.

We introduce families. We are not party to what follows, and we are not responsible for the conduct, claims or decisions of any member. Make your own enquiries before committing to anything, and never send money to someone you met here.

Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
